you are falling, and you have to avoid hitting anything, you can shoot obstacles, and they'll move up or against you, then you have to avoid them. Everything costs energy, it takes energy to shoot, it takes energy to slow down your speed, however you slowly gain energy, if you move down faster, you gain energy faster
